1. Open the Import and Export dialog box:
A. In outlook 2007, please click the File > Import and Export.
B. In Outlook 2010, please click the File > Open > Import.
C. In Outlook 2013, please click the File > Open & Export > Import / Export.

When I try it again now, the map custom fields and next button are both greyed out. Tried it with different folders and .pst files. Haven't changed anything. Not sure why its not getting through. Anyone has faced this issue?
